Scott Trobbe | Partner

Scott Trobbe has been a partner in South Bay Development Company for 23 years. His primary responsibilities include the investment and management strategy of the company and its various entities. Mr. Trobbe is an industry expert with tremendous experience driving ground-up projects and complex entitlements as well as managing some of Silicon Valley’s largest leasing transactions. During his tenure with the firm, he has developed and acquired over seven million square feet of commercial space throughout Northern California with a value of over $1 billion. Mr. Trobbe also leads the disposition, finance and leasing of the company’s extensive real estate portfolio. Prior to joining South Bay, Mr. Trobbe was the regional real estate manager for a major California bank with responsibility for managing assets of over $600 million. Mr. Trobbe received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University. He presently serves on the St. Francis High School Foundation Board in addition to serving in other advisory capacities.
