Paula Parisi
Executive Vice President
Paula Parisi has been with South Bay for over 24 years, serving the company in several capacities. Ms. Parisi is responsible for the marketing and leasing efforts for South Bay’s existing portfolio of commercial properties as well as directing the company’s property management business. Ms. Parisi has executed over 800 lease transactions for a broad range of properties. Her professional and community activities include Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women of Silicon Valley (CREW-Silicon Valley) as National Delegate and Past President of the organization. She is also a Principal Member of BOMA. Ms. Parisi has a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI International, attended the University of North Carolina and is a graduate of Heald Business College.
