Lee Casentini
Chief Financial Officer
Lee Casentini has been with South Bay Development Company for 25 years. He is responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the firm. Mr. Casentini has been instrumental in the development and implementation of information technology that has allowed the company to efficiently address the needs of clients, tenants and financial partners as well as providing seamless accounting and reporting. Mr. Casentini has forged strategic financial relationships with the company's institutional investors and joint-venture partners and established a core set of best practices for financial engagements. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
