Kari Cullivan | Vice President
As Vice President at South Bay Development Company, Kari Cullivan is responsible for managing the leasing of various properties including the 235,000 square foot, class ‘A’ Mission City Center in Santa Clara. Her management responsibilities include marketing, negotiation, property management direction and capital improvement projects. Ms. Cullivan joins South Bay with extensive experience in Silicon Valley commercial real estate, having leased over three million square feet and achieved $210M in leasing and sales consideration. Prior to joining South Bay, Ms. Cullivan was a commercial real estate broker for NAI BT Commercial where her responsibilities included representing landlords, tenants and buyers, and providing market and financial analysis, site evaluation and negotiation services for clients including China Telecom, Farmer’s Insurance, NBC Broadcast Studios, Siemens and the U.S. Government. Ms. Cullivan was awarded Deal Maker of the Year at NAI BT Commercial in 2003, 2005 and 2006 and averaged forty-eight deals annually. Prior to NAI BT Commercial, Ms. Cullivan held marketing management positions within the technology sector for companies such as Annuncio Software, Betasphere, Inc. and Oracle Corporation. Ms. Cullivan received a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and she holds a prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. She is a Programs Committee Member of the Silicon Valley Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization and belongs to the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
