Julie DeShazo

Senior Acquisitions Analyst
Julie DeShazo is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 15 years industry experience. She has been with South Bay Development for over six years and in her current role, Ms. DeShazo is responsible for the management of a portfolio comprising over 1 million square feet, including the 100,000 square foot, high profile Class A office building Century Plaza located at 550 S. Winchester Boulevard in San Jose. In addition to her property management responsibilities, Ms. DeShazo is an integral part of the South Bay acquisition team. She has participated in the acquisition of over 75 properties and the disposition of over 60. Prior to joining South Bay Development, she worked for Aetna Realty Investors as an Asset Manager and began her career at The Koll Company as an acquisitions analyst. Ms. DeShazo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Santa Clara University.
