David Andris | Vice President

David Andris has been with South Bay Development Company for more than ten years. As vice president, Mr. Andris is responsible for marketing, sales and acquisitions. He brings to the company a broad industry perspective gained from his wide range of experience in real estate and property leasing. Mr. Andris has managed a total of more than four million square feet of commercial space for South Bay and another six million square feet of property since he began his career in the real estate development and leasing industry in 1989. He holds a California Brokers License and has earned a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI International. Mr. Andris received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University.
